Baby Stool Log

A parent's log of a child's nappies, kept as consistency and colour only

When today's nappy looks different from yesterday's, this is a place to note briefly what changed. Pick a consistency on a five-step scale validated for young children, pick a colour, and one line is kept; two weeks of it show up as bars. No child's name or birth date is asked for, and neither photos nor entries leave this device.

Log today

Pick one of five consistency steps and a colour, and one line is kept. Several a day is fine. The photo step is there only if you want help.

What this app does not do

It states no probability, makes no diagnosis, gives no risk score and names no disease. It sends no notifications. It records and counts, and that is all. If you are worried about your child, take this log to a paediatrician.

Your child's record ends on this device

No name and no birth date are asked for. A photo is read on a canvas inside your browser and dropped right there. To keep a log a parent or guardian must turn on a separate consent, and even then what stays in this browser is a date, a step and a colour. Our server holds nothing about your child.
